DF800 converting system, the mid web finishing solution Brotech has developed for digitally printed flexible packaging and labels and has installations in several countries.
 
· Inline or offline with HP Indigo 20000 and 25K digital press
· UV, water or solvent-based coating, substrates ranging from 12-300μm.
· Full-rotary flexo/semi-rotary flexo printing, thermal lamination, embossing, water-based coating, UV varnishing, full-rotary die cutting /semi-rotary die cutting, slitting.
· Full modular design and upgradeable upon future needs
· Options:Corona treater, hot air dryer, auto-slitting unit, sheeter, stacker, conveyor etc.
