DF800 

At the Drupa 2016 exhibition, BROTECH signed a cooperation agreement with HP Indigo, the world's leading digital printing equipment manufacturer, and became the official global partner of HP Indigo for digital finishing.

In 2018,BROTECH developed and launched the DF800 digital processing system connected to the HP Indigo digital press 20000 and 25K line/inline. The whole machine is fully modular design, can support 12um-300um materials, fully servo-driven, and can be configured with full rotary flexo printing, intermittent flexo printing, thermal lamination, embossing, automatic slitting, sheet cutting and other units according to application requirements. Widely used in labels, flexible packaging, composite packaging, advertising, gift packaging, wallpaper, decorative paper, imaging, publishing and other industries.

Coincidentally, also in 2016, BROTECH also reached close cooperation with Konica Minolta, a world-renowned digital integration value-added service provider. In 2019, the intelligent near-line post-processing system supporting the AccurioLabel 190&230 digital printing press was launched.

The in-line/in-line processing system independently developed and launched by BROTECH is a system that truly enables customers to achieve one-stop processing, lowest loss, lowest cost, and lowest labor.
